A dieci anni dall’ultimo titolo Detroit si presenta come una nobile decaduta. La staione ormai alle porte probabilmente la vedrà vivacchiare nella più completa mediocrità, nonostante l’arrivo di Van Gundy. Considerazione patriottica: gli ingaggi di Meeks e Butler non sono buon segno per Gigi Datome, che come in preseason, vedrà molto più spesso la panchina che il campo.
